The road at Lower Kirkgate and Bank Bottom will be realigned to provide a smoother and faster route with no need for a right turn across traffic when travelling northbound. We’re adding a filter for Cripplegate too to keep southbound traffic moving. There will be a new crossing on Lower Kirkgate so people can cross the road safely.
